Time off from work can be beneficial to both the employed and the employer. This is not controversial, but it comes to mind as I was reflecting on my lack of writing. I think one of the factors for me is a tendency to seek perfection.
Of course, perfection is a delusion. There is no such thing, because it has a prerequisite. If you do not know all the elements to achieve full perfection, then it is not possible to achieve.
But still I become wrapt in ridiculous details. Should I write on Medium? Or LinkedIn? Or my own blog? Can I recover or move the writing? Will anyone read it? Pah!
Simply begin.
Again.
And perhaps do it imperfectly, but more often.
